GAUGE: 14 sts and 16 rows = 4 inches [10 cm] in single crochet using Size K-10.5 crochet hook. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.

STITCH EXPLANATION:

To inc: Work 2 sc in 1 sc. To dec: *Insert hook in sc, yo and draw through a lp; rep from * once in next sc, yo and draw through 3 lps on hook. Popcorn (PC): In same sc, [insert hook, yo and draw through a lp, yo and through 1 lp on hook] 4 times, yo and draw lp through rem 5 lps on hook, ch 1 to close. Push to RS of panel.

NOTES:

Note 1:Throw is worked in panels that are then sl st tog.
Note 2: Work with 2 strands of yarn held tog throughout.
Note 3: Beg ch 1 does not count as a st.
